Fawad Haider is a seasoned business leader with over 27 years of experience across strategy, mergers & acquisitions, business development, marketing, and operations. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership roles with leading organizations, including Jazz, Warid Telecom, Wateen Telecom, Transworld, LinkdotNet, and NADRA.

He was part of the core integration and strategy team during the Jazz–Warid merger, contributing to one of the most successful consolidations in Pakistan’s telecom sector. He also played a key role in the Enfrashare–Deodar merger, representing Jazz during critical stages of the transaction. His strong professional relationships with Jazz’s senior management and deep understanding of the tower and telecom infrastructure ecosystem provide a unique advantage in driving alignment, collaboration, and strategic execution for the merged entity. Technically accomplished and strategically driven, Fawad has a proven record of leading transformation, delivering growth, and managing integration across complex and dynamic business environments.He holds an MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and a B.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering.
