Amina has 15 years of extensive experience in various HR fields, including HR Strategy, HR Transformation, Organization Design, Performance Management, and Rewards.

 

Amina has worked with Telenor Pakistan in the capacity of Manager Total Rewards and Policy, Director HR Transformation & Strategy, and more recently as Director HRBP. She also has international experience working for Telenor Group in Norway as a Senior Advisor Group Remuneration, consulting on remuneration and job architecture projects with Telenor Business Units across twelve countries in Asia & Europe for three years. Following this, she set up and managed a virtual office for Telenor ASA Group People function in Pakistan in her capacity as Director Group People Support for two years.
